Tata Motors launched the 2025 Altroz at an introductory starting price of Rs. 6.89 lakh (ex-showroom) on May 22, 2025. The 2025 Altroz offers several design changes as well feature additions over its predecessor. The new Altroz facelift rivals other B2-segment hatchbacks such as the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20 and the Toyota Glanza.

1. Head-Up Display

The top variant of the new Baleno offers a head-up display. The reflector-based head-up display rises up every time you start driving the car. It projects vital information like vehicle speed, engine RPM, fuel efficiency, turn-by-turn navigation and music playback.

2. Auto-Dimming IRVM

Auto-Dimming IRVM

The top-spec Baleno comes with an auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror (IRVM) whereas the 2025 Altroz comes with a manual day/night IRVM. Auto-dimming IRVM reduces glare at night and makes driving at night a lot more enjoyable without you having to manually adjust anything.

3. Telescopic Steering

Telescopic Steering

The Maruti Suzuki Baleno offers tilt and telescopic steering whereas the Altroz only offers tilt adjustability. Telescopic steering comes in handy to find the perfect driving position, especially for shorter drivers.
