The Hyundai i20, which replaced the Getz, was the first premium hatchback in India and it continues to remain the most feature-loaded car in its segment.a is the one that started the craze of premium hatchback and continues to remain the most feature-loaded in the segment. However, since its launch, the premium hatchback has seen new contenders and the Altroz is famous for its design and safety.

In this article, we share features that you get in the Tata Altroz but miss in the Hyundai i20.
The Tata Altroz offers height adjustable seatbelts in its top variants. The Hyundai i20, on the other hand, doesn’t offer height-adjustable seatbelts even in the top variants. Height-adjustable seatbelts let a short person adjust the height of the seatbelt for better comfort and safety.
While both the i20 and Altroz pack a premium sound system, the Altroz offers front and rear tweeters whereas the i20 only gets front tweeters. However, the i20 gets a subwoofer, which the Tata Altroz lacks.

The top variants of the Tata Altroz offer rain-sensing wipers, which aren’t available in the i20. Rain-sensing wipers not only turn on automatically when it starts rationing, they can also adjust the wiper speed depending on the intensity of the rain. It is worth mentioning that both the i20 and Altroz offer automatic headlights.
While the normal petrol variants of the Altroz offer eco and city drive modes, the turbo petrol variants offer city and sport drive modes. Neither the standard i20 nor the i20 N Line get drive modes.

The Altroz offers a 7.0-inch full-colour LCD display along with an analogue speedometer. Besides the usual set of information we expect from an MID, this screen can also show turn-by-turn navigation to the driver while the infotainment shows media and playback controls. The i20, on the other hand, gets a digital MID along with a digital instrument cluster but no full-colour LCD in the cluster.
