We have recently learned from a reliable source that the 2026 MG Hector facelift with the 5-seat configuration is getting a cheaper petrol-automatic variant. The Select Pro trim of the 5-seater Hector 2026 facelift automatic will cost Rs. 15.09 lakh, which is only Rs. 1.10 lakh pricier than comparable manual variant. The other automatic variants carry a premium of Rs. 1.30 lakh. It’s also Rs. 1.20 lakh cheaper than the next Hector 5S petrol-automatic variant, Smart Pro, which costs Rs. 16.29 lakh (ex-showroom).

MG had earlier revealed the prices of the 2026 Hector 5S and 7S variants. According to the initial price announcement, the Hector 5-seater petrol-automatic variants started from Rs. 16.29 lakh (ex-sh).
