Toyota Hyryder Hybrid Gets You These Features Over Mild Hybrid Variants | V3Cars
Toyota have revealed the Urban Cruiser Hyryder and opened bookings for the hybrid SUV. Toyota will offer the Urban Cruiser Hyryder with two powertrain options — 1.5L mild hybrid and 1.5L strong hybrid. The latter will come in three variants — S, G and V whereas the 1.5L mild hybrid will also come with a base E variant. Here are the list of features the Hyryder hybrid gets exclusively over the Hyryder mild hybrid.

- Head-up display
- Digital instrument cluster
- Chrome door handles
- Silver roof rails
- Front upper grille chrome garnish
- Tyre pressure monitoring system
- Black and Brown dashboard
- Brown seat upholstery
- Premium sound system
- Puddle lamps
- Ventilated seats
- Dashboard ambient lighting
- Chrome surround for LED headlights

It is worth noting that the Hyryder mild hybrid gets black roof rails and silver door handles. Additionally, the Hyryder mild hybrid comes with conventional dials with a 4.2-inch LCD display whereas the strong hybrid models get a 7.0-inch full-colour instrument cluster. Features that are exclusive to the strong hybrid variants are front ventilated front seats, premium Arkamys sound system, a head-up display and a wireless phone charger. Toyota India are likely to launch the Urban Cruiser Hyryder in August. It will go up against the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq and MG Astor. Soon after the launch of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, we expect Maruti Suzuki to launch their version of the mild hybrid and strong hybrid SUV based on the same platform as the Hyryder.
