In this February 2023 MG cars sales analysis article, we’ll look at the car sales of MG for the previous month. We’ll also compare the YoY and MoM change to find out which MG car’s sales improved and which ones declined. Lastly, the table with monthly sales for the last 6 months will give you an idea about the 6-month sales trend of all MG cars.
February 2023 - MG Car Sales Figures - YoY Change
- Apart from the Hector pair, all other MG models witnessed a drop in sales in our February 2023 YoY sales comparison
- MG sold over 500 units of the ZS EV electric SUV in February 2023 compared to zero units in February 2022
- Astor sales witnessed a 55% drop in dispatches in February 2023 compared to the same month last year
- The Astor was followed by Gloster, with a 33% drop in YoY sales

February 2023 - MG Car Sales Figures - MoM Change
- MG reported a growth in MoM sales for 3 out of 4 cars in its portfolio
- The Gloster was the sole loser in MG’s MoM sales comparison, with a 59% decline in dispatches in February compared to January
- ZS EV sales grew by over 9% in February 2023 compared to January 2023
- Astor sales grew by 6.5% in February 2023 over January 2023
- The Hector and Hector Plus reported a combined MoM sales growth of 5%
