Kia India unveiled the Carens earlier this month, interestingly without the look of the interiors. Some images of the Kia Carens 1.4L DCT without any camouflage recently surfaced online. Kia will reveal the correct powertrain options with the respective figures closer to the launch.
Kia designed the Carens with the latest design philosophy, which will eventually filter down to the Seltos and Sonet with their respective facelifts. We expect Kia Carens to capture a substantial share in the 3-row SUV/MPV space dominate the MPV space thanks to its large dimensions and frugal powertrain options. Kia will offer the 1.4L turbo petrol with 7-speed DCT and the 1.5L diesel engine torque converter automatic options. The two engines may also get a manual transmission.
