Kia India recently increased the prices of the Sonet by up to Rs. 30,000. After this price revision, the Sonet's ex-showroom prices now start at Rs. 7.15 lakh and tops out at Rs. 13.79 lakh. The new May 2022 prices are between 0.47% and 2.96% higher than before.

No variants of the Sonet were discontinued by Kia.
Prices of the Sonet 1.2L normal petrol are higher by up to Rs. 26,000 in May 2022 and the HTK Plus manual variant witnessed the biggest price change. In terms of percentage, for the Sonet 1.2L normal petrol, the HTK Plus manual variant saw the biggest price increase of 2.96%.
The prices of the Sonet 1.0L turbo petrol are now higher by up to Rs. 30,000. The prices of the Sonet HTX, HTX Plus auto-clutch manual and HTX automatic variants changed by as much as Rs. 30,000. For the Sonet 1.0L turbo petrol, the HTX auto-clutch manual variant got the biggest price increase of 2.86%.
With the 1.5L turbo diesel, the Sonet is now more expensive by up to Rs. 30,000, which is an increase of 2.57%. In terms of percentage, HTE manual variant got the highest price hike of 2.77%.
