Kia have just launched the X Line special edition of the Sonet. It’s only available with the turbo petrol-automatic and diesel-automatic powertrains. With the petrol-automatic powertrain, the Sonet X Line costs Rs. 13.39 lakh while the diesel-automatic costs Rs. 13.99 lakh. These prices are Rs. 20,000 higher than the top-spec GTX Plus variant with the respective powertrain.

The X Line mostly gets cosmetic upgrades over the regular variant. The Sonet X Line gets the following additional features over the GTX Plus trim:

If you were planning to get the GTX Plus variant with the petrol-automatic or diesel-automatic powertrain and you like the style features of the X Line, then it’s worth buying in our opinion. According to our internal data, the features more than justify the Rs. 20,000 incremental cost over the GTX Plus variant and offers better overall value too.
