3. Kia Clavis - Diwali 2024

Clavis

Kia recently trademarked the Clavis name in India and reports suggest it could be a potential rival to the Tata Punch and Hyundai Exter B1-segment SUVs. In a recent interaction with Kia’s national head of sales and marketing, Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, we learned that Kia India currently do not have any plans on launching hatchbacks or sedans in the country yet. Since entering India, Kia have quickly become the 5th largest carmaker in the country on the back of the success of its SUVs such as the Seltos and Sonet and MPVs such as the Carens and Carnival. Hence, we are confident the Clavis would definitely be an SUV. However, we are awaiting more details to see where the Clavis would fit into Kia India’s portfolio. But all the information we currently have point towards the Clavis being a B1-segment SUV. Know more about the Clavis by tapping the link below.
