Mahindra will commence the bookings of the 2022 Scorpio-N today. You can book one for yourself from their official website after 11 AM or by visiting the nearest Mahindra dealership.
The booking amount is set to Rs. 21,000. The deliveries of the Scorpio-N will start from 26th September 2022. Mahindra are promising deliveries on a first-come-first-serve basis. Moreover, the introductory prices are only applicable for the first 25,000 bookings.
The main rivals of the Scorpio-N are Tata Safari, Toyota Innova Crysta, MG Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar, Mahindra XUV700 7-Seater. Here are the dimensions, engine specs, top features and expected price of the new Scorpio-N SUV.
Mahindra Scorpio-N 2022 Dimensions
The Scorpio-N is a D1-segment SUV that measures 4662mm in length, 1917mm in width, 1857mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2750mm. Mahindra have not revealed the boot space details of the Scoprio-N. It has a ground clearance of 187mm.

Mahindra Scorpio-N 2022 Engine Specifications
The Mahindra Scorpio-N is available with 2 engine options: a 2.0L turbo petrol and a 2.2L turbo diesel.
The 2.0L turbo petrol engine, which is available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed TC automatic transmission makes 203PS of power at 5000rpm and 370Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 300rpm with the manual and 380Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 3000rpm with the automatic transmission.
The 2.2L turbo diesel engine of the Scorpio-N is available with 2 engine specs. In the lower variants, it makes 132PS of power at 3750rpm and 300Nm of torque between 1500rpm and 3000rpm. The lower tune is only available with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The higher-end engine with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic TC transmission makes 175PS of power at 3500rpm and 370Nm of torque between 1500rpm and 3000rpm with the manual and 400Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 2750rpm with the automatic transmission.
The fuel efficiency figures of the Mahindra Scorpio-N are not available yet.

The base Z2 variant costs Rs. 11.99 lakh while the top-spec Z8L 4WD diesel-automatic costs Rs. 23.90 lakh.
