Mahindra are set to deliver the new Scorpio N to customers from September 26. Read our story to know all the details. The Indian SUV-maker haS also stated that due to the large number of bookings, they will prioritise deliveries for the Z8 and Z8L variants.
The 2022 Scorpio N has been a runaway success for Mahindra. The carmaker received over 25,000 bookings for the Scorpio N in just 1 minute since bookings opened. That number rose to 1 lakh within the next 30 minutes. The unprecedented response made Mahindra instantly plan an increase in production of the new SUV.

Mahindra offer the Scorpio N with 2 engine options — a 2.2L turbo diesel and a 2.0L turbo petrol. The 2.2L turbo diesel engine produces 175PS of power at 3500rpm and up to 400Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 2750rpm. The 2.0L turbo petrol engine produces 203PS of power at 5000rpm and 380Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 3000rpm. Both engines come with a choice of a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. However, only the diesel engine offers the option of 4-wheel-drive.

It is worth noting that the aforementioned prices are only valid for the first 25,000 bookings. Mahindra will reveal the revised prices soon.
