Skoda Slavia Base Model Price Cut By Rs. 50,000, Others Get A Price Hike (Updated: Oct 4) | V3Cars

Skoda recently revised the prices of the Slavia. All variants got a price hike of about 0.69% to 2.24%. The most shocking thing to note here is that the base model’s ex-showroom is now Rs. 50,000 less than before. That’s a notable drop of 4.39%. We haven’t seen any price correction of this magnitude in the last few years. It may be too early to read into this and infer any signs of things to come as the other variants got a price hike.

Skoda Slavia

Note From Author: When Skoda informed us about introducing the matte grey colour options of the Kushaq and Slavia, their website was yet to reflect the updated prices for the Slavia. Meanwhile, the Kushaq’s matte grey colour prices were live at the time of first publishing this article. For the Kushaq, the matte colour carries a premium of Rs. 8,000. So, it was safe to assume that the Slavia matte would also carry a similar price hike over Style non-matte.

Skoda have just updated the prices of the Slavia matte on their website and it costs Rs. 40,000 more than the Style non-matte, which is absurdly high no matter how you look at it. We have updated this article to present the most accurate information as of October 4, 2023. In case it caused any inconvenience, I’d like to personally apologise to you on behalf of Skoda for their inept communication. The mention of a Rs. 70,000 price drop, however, was a mistake on our part, which we have promptly updated as soon as we spotted it.

We look forward to your continued support and trust in the V3Cars brand.
