Skoda Kushaq, Slavia Get Power Front Seats And More Features (Updated: Oct 4) | V3Cars

Ahead of the festive season, Skoda have introduced a few extra features for the Slavia and Kushaq’s top variants. The Style, new Matte Edition and Monte Carlo variants of the Kushaq and the Style and Matte Edition trims of the Slavia get the following new features in exchange for a price hike:

  • Illuminated front seat
  • Larger 10-inch touchscreen (Normally 8-inch)
  • Wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay (Normally wired)
  • Subwoofer
  • 6-way power driver seat
  • Power front passenger seat

Skoda Slavia, Kushaq Get New Feature

Among these features, the 6-way power driver seat is an important addition. However, the most notable addition is the power front passenger seat, which is a segment-first feature. At this moment, it’s unclear if it gets a 4-way adjustment or 6-way adjustment. 4-way adjustment would mean that it has the slide and recline feature. 6-way adjustment would mean that it also has height adjustment in the passenger seat.

For the sake of transparency, here’s what Skoda’s official communication says: “The top-of-the-line Style variants of the Kushaq and Slavia get all-new features like electric seats for the driver and co-driver, which is a segment-first, and an illuminated footwell area. The centre of the dash is dominated by a 25.4 cm infotainment screen with Škoda Play Apps. The system links wirelessly with Apple Carplay and Android Auto. Also standard in the Style is a subwoofer in the boot of the Kushaq and Slavia.”

The following table presents a comparison of the new ex-showroom prices with the older prices for the Skoda Slavia’s top variants, which get the new features:
