Tata Altroz CNG Boot Space, Fuel Efficiency Revealed | V3Cars

Tata Motors recently launched the Altroz CNG at a starting price of Rs. 7.55 lakh (ex-showroom). The carmaker has now announced the boot space and ARAI-certified fuel efficiency for the premium hatchback.

Thanks to the twin CNG cylinder technology, the Altroz CNG offers a boot space of 210 litres while the petrol and diesel variants of the Altroz offer 345 litres of space. The boot space of the Altroz CNG is considerably more than other CNG hatchbacks in terms of size and practicality. Its arch rival, the Maruti Suzuki Baleno CNG,, comes with a large CNG cylinder in the boot, eating up nearly all the storage space.

Tata Altroz CNG Fuel Efficiency (Mileage)

Tata Altroz CNG offers an ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of 26.2kmpkg. The Baleno CNG, on the other hand, offers a claimed fuel efficiency of 30.61kmpkg. However, despite being a 3-cylinder engine, the Altroz CNG manages to offer more torque than the Baleno CNG when running on CNG.
