Updated Tata Tiago And Tigor Launched With BS6-2 Complaint Engines | V3Cars

Tata Motors have updated the Tiago hatchback and Tigor sedan with BS6 phase-2 compliant petrol and CNG engine options. Both the petrol and CNG options are already E20 fuel ready. All major fuel pumps across the country will start dispensing E20 fuel starting 2025.

Tata Tiago, Tigor Updated With BS6 Phase-2 Compliant Engines

Both the Tiago and Tigor now offer petrol and CNG engines with BS6 phase-2 emission standard compliance. Along with the emission compliance, Tata Motors have also tweaked the engines to offer better low-end performance. The engines are now said to offer better refinement with lower noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) levels inside the cabin.

Tata Tiago, Tigor Now Get Tyre Pressure Monitoring System

Tata Motors have added a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) to the Tiago and Tigor. It is worth mentioning that it is a high-line tyre pressure monitoring system, which tells the tyre pressure of individual tyres. TPMS is only available in the top-spec XZ+ variants of the Tiago and Tigor.

Better Standard Warranty

Tata Motors recently announced a longer standard warranty for their entire range of cars and SUVs. Both the Tiago and Tigor now offer 3 year/ 1 lakh km warranty compared to the earlier 2 year/75,000km standard warranty.
