Toyota Cross 2 Million Sales Milestone In India | V3Cars

Toyota have achieved the 2 million cumulative sales milestone in India. Nippon Toyota, a dealer in Trichur, Kerala, delivered the 2 millionth Toyota car, a Glanza, to a customer. Popular Toyota models like the Fortuner and the Innova Crysta have contributed hugely to attaining the milestone. Meanwhile, new products like the Toyota Glanza and Urban Cruiser have garnered the interest of young buyers towards the Toyota brand.

Speaking on the milestone achievement, Mr. Atul Sood, associate vice president of sales and marketing, Toyota Kirloskar, stated, “We are thrilled that 2 million customers trust Toyota for their mobility needs. In this journey towards 2 million happy customers, we have come a long way. Over the last two decades, Toyota has developed a solid foundation of renowned Quality, Durability, and Reliability (QDR) and we hope we will be able to cater to more segments as well as newer markets in 2022 and beyond, helping us achieve our ultimate goal of delivering ‘Mass Happiness to All.”

Toyota currently offer premium products like the Fortuner Legender, Camry hybrid sedan and the Vellfire premium family mover. In addition to that, Toyota have also worked on improving customer experience by offering services like a virtual showroom, express maintenance 60 and various warranty and service packages.

Toyota are working on increasing their footprint in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities while improving their local supply chain to be more competitive.
