2022 Kia Carens Engine, Dimensions Revealed - Bookings Open On January 14 | V3Cars
Kia India have revealed the complete details of the Kia Carens. Kia will start accepting bookings for the Carens from January 14, 2022 onwards. They will offer the Carens in five trim levels - Premium, Prestige, Prestige Plus, Luxury and Luxury Plus. In addition to that, the Carens will have the segment-longest wheelbase and Kia claims it to be even longer than many vehicles above its class. On the powertrain front, the Carens will get 1.5L normal petrol, 1.4L turbo petrol and 1.5L diesel engine options.
Kia Carens will come with 6 airbags as standard across all variants along with other safety features like ESC, VSM, all-disc brakes, etc. Kia will offer the Carens with both 6- and 7-seater layouts and we expect it to offer class-leading space. If we talk about dimensions, the Carens measures 4540mm in length, 1800mm in width, 1708mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2780mm. Its wheelbase is 20mm longer than that of the Alcazar.
