Hyundai Creta Knight Edition Launch Soon | V3Cars

Hyundai will soon launch the Creta Knight Edition in the country. The 2022 Hyundai Creta Knight Edition is similar to the Dark Edition variants of Tata’s cars and SUVs.  The Creta Knight Edition will feature an all-black exterior and interior with contrast red inserts. A leaked document reveals that the Hyundai Creta Knight Edition will be priced from Rs. 13.35 lakh.

The changes on the exterior of the Creta Knight Edition include an all-black body with front and rear skid plate, and black-finished C-pillar, ORVMs, roof rails, door sills and alloy wheels. The grille gets a gloss black finish with contrast red inserts. The front brake callipers, meanwhile, get a red finish. Finally, there’s a Knight logo below the left taillight of the car.

The all-black treatment continues on the inside as well. The dashboard and seat upholstery are finished in black with contrast red stitching and red AC vents.

Hyundai will offer the Knight Edition only with the 1.5L normal petrol engine and the 1.5L diesel engine. The 1.4L turbo-petrol engine already comes with a black and red interior. The Creta Knight Edition will be available with the new S+ manual and SX(O) automatic variants.

As stated earlier, the Knight Edition will be priced from Rs. 13.35 lakh for the 1.5L petrol S+ manual variant. The Knight Edition of the 1.5L diesel SX(O) automatic variant will cost Rs. 18.01 lakh (ex-showroom). Hence, the Knight Edition will cost Rs. 14,000 more than the standard variant.

As the Dark Editions of Tata Motors cars are very popular, we can expect Hyundai to launch the Knight Editions of other cars as well. We also expect Hyundai to launch the 2022 Creta facelift by the end of this year, following the launch of the 2022 Kia Seltos.
