2022 Hyundai Venue Spied Testing Again – Launch Soon | V3Cars
The Hyundai Venue is due a mid-life update and the facelifted version of the sub-compact SUV has been spotted testing several times. The 2022 Venue facelift will most likely go on sale in June and it will take on the new Maruti Brezza, among others. Ahead of its launch, the 2022 Venue facelift has been spotted testing yet again. Let’s take a look.

The 2022 Venue facelift gets a new face featuring an updated version of the cascading grille and split LED headlights. This makes the Venue’s design in line with other new Hyundai models, such as the new Tucson, which will also launch in India this year.

At the side, the Venue facelift gets a new design for the dual-tone alloy wheels whereas the rear profile gains larger and slimmer LED taillights and new reflectors. We can also expect a slightly redesigned tailgate and bumpers.
On the inside too, the Venue gets a completely new design. It gets a bigger, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a new 4-spoke steering wheel, full-colour LCD instrument cluster etc. New features addition could include a 360-degree parking camera setup, ventilated front seats, more connected car features as well as drive and traction modes.

The 2022 Venue is likely to continue with the 3 engine options available in the current version. These include a 1.2L normal petrol engine, a 1.0L turbo petrol engine and a 1.5L diesel engine. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed auto clutch manually and a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. We can also expect to see automatic transmission with the diesel variants of the Venue.
It is interesting to note that after the i20, the Venue will also get the sportier, N-Line model. It will feature certain design changes along with some mechanical tweaks to make it more dynamic. You can click the link below to know more about the 2022 Venue N-Line.

As we stated earlier, Hyundai are likely to launch the Venue facelift in June. The Venue N-Line could also go on sale the same day. It will take on the upcoming Maruti Brezza facelift, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Honda WR-V, Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite. We can expect a bump in the prices of Venue. Some dealers are currently taking bookings for the Venue facelift.
