Maruti Suzuki have commenced bookings for the Grand Vitara Hybrid SUV for a token amount of Rs. 11,000. The bookings are now open across all Nexa dealerships and online booking portal. The new Grand Vitara is based on Toyota’s Urban Cruiser Hyryder.

The new Grand Vitara Hybrid is likely to get a distinct design over the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. While the silhouette of both SUVs will remain the same, the Grand Vitara will feature a different design for the LED DRLs, bumpers and front grille. We expect it to get different alloy wheels and reprofiled tail lights as well.
On the inside, the Grand Vitara Hybrid will feature the same dashboard design as the Hyryder. However, Maruti Suzuki could use a lighter shade for the upholstery and use different trim pieces as well. The 2022 Maruti Grand Vitara is likely to get the same features as the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.

We expect Maruti Suzuki to launch the Grand Vitara Hybrid around the festive season. This move will help Maruti Suzuki keep the recently-updated Brezza in the spotlight before the bigger Grand Vitara Hybrid hits showrooms.
