At the launch of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance, the German carmaker revealed the waiting period for their various models on sale in the Indian market. Read on to know the waiting periods of all Mercedes-Benz models sold in India.

The waiting period for the A-Class, C-Class and E-Class ranges from ready delivery to 3 months. The flagship S-Class waiting period ranges from 2 months to 6 months and its SUV counterpart — the GLS also commands a waiting period of 2 - 6 months. The EV models from Mercedes-Benz India — which include the EQB, EQC, EQS 580 and EQS 53 AMG — command a waiting period ranging of 2 months to 6 months. 

Mercedes-Benz India Yearly Sales Results

Mercedes-Benz India also released their yearly sales figures over the past year and the company witnessed a growth of 37 per cent compared to the previous year. Mercedes-Benz India sold 16,497 vehicles in FY 2022-23 compared to 12,071 vehicle sales in FY 2021-22. Furthermore, the carmaker had its best ever Q1 as it sold 4,697 vehicles in the first quarter of 2023, posting a growth of 17 per cent over the same period last year. The top end vehicles of the Mercedes-Benz lineup witnessed a growth of 107 per cent in the first quarter of 2023.

At the start of the year, Mercedes-Benz India revealed their ambitious plan to launch 10 new models in the country. Within 3 months into the year, Mercedes-Benz India launched 2 new models in the country — the E 53 AMG Cabriolet and GT 63 S E Performance. Moving further, Mercedes-Benz India will bring more products to our shores, including the new-gen GLC family SUV.
