MG Motor India ranked the highest in JD Power’s sales satisfaction study with 881 points. Toyota and Hyundai finished 2nd and 3rd with 877 and 875 points respectively. The 2021 study was based on responses from 5,593 new-vehicle owners who purchased their vehicles between January 2021 and December 2021. However, the study skipped the timeframe between April 2021 and June 2021 due to the pandemic.
JD Power measure satisfaction level based on six parameters — delivery process (20%), dealer facility (18%), paperwork completion (17%), working out the deal (15%), sales consultant (15%) and brand website (14%). The Indian sales satisfaction study by JD Power only examines the mass market segment.
