In this Q4 2022 Kia quarterly cars sales analysis article, we’ll look at the car sales of Kia for the previous year. We’ll also compare the YoY and QoQ change to find out which Kia cars’ sales improved and which ones declined.
Q4 2022 - Kia Quarterly Car Sales Figures - YoY Change
- Sonet sales witnessed a 55% YoY growth and was the top gainer for Kia in Q4 2022.
- Carnival was Kia’s top loser in the last quarter of 2022, with a 35% YoY loss.
- Seltos also saw a growth of 7.26% in Q4 of 2022 over Q4 of 2021.
- The Carens and EV6 were not on sale in December 2021. Hence, there are no YoY comparisons available for these models

- All of the cars from Kia saw a decline in sales numbers in Q4 of 2022
- The Kia Sonet saw the biggest dip in numbers, with a decline of 13% in QoQ comparison for 2022
- The Carens was the second biggest loser in QoQ comparison, witnessing a decline of 50% QoQ in December
- EV6 saw zero dispatches in Q3 of 2022, although it sold 414 units in Q4
