September 2022 - Volkswagen Car Sales Figures - YoY Change
- For Volkswagen, the Taigun is the only car that has been in continuous production since September 2021.
- The Taigun witnessed a 36% gain in September 2022 YoY sales comparison.
- The Vento, Polo and T-Roc have been discontinued by Volkswagen in the past year starting September.
- Other cars in Volkswagen’s lineup are either discontinued or too new to have a YoY comparison.
September 2022 - Volkswagen Car Sales Figures - MoM Change
- In terms of MoM, the Virtus witnessed a 127% growth in sales and was the highest gainer for Volkswagen
- The Taigun was close in second position, with a 95% increase in dispatch numbers in September MoM comparison
- The only MoM loser in September was the Tiguan with a drop in MoM sales of 21%
- Volkswagen produced around 2,000 units of the Taigun and Virtus in September
