The ex-showroom prices of the 2024 Virtus start from ₹11.56 lakh for the Comfortline variant (Base Model) with the 1.0L turbo petrol engine and 6-speed MT. Volkswagen Virtus Dimension
The 2024 Virtus is 4561mm long, 1752mm wide and 1507mm tall. Bigger exterior dimensions give a car a stronger road presence. The Virtus has a 2651mm long wheelbase. A long wheelbase makes the car more stable at high speeds and gives better legroom in the back seat, while a shorter wheelbase makes the car more agile. The 2024 Volkswagen Virtus has a fuel tank capacity of 45 litres and a boot space measuring 521 litres. The Virtus has a ground clearance of 179mm. The tyre size of the 2024 Virtus base model is 195/65 R15 and the top model rides on 205/55 R16 tyres. Cars running on bigger wheels provide better handling and styling. However, these advantages come at the cost of efficiency. Having bigger wheels means more metal and more rotating mass. Therefore, it adversely impacts your drivability, performance and mileage.

The Volkswagen Virtus is available with a 1.0L turbo Petrol engine and a 1.5L turbo Petrol engine. The 1.0L turbo Petrol engine is available with a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed TC transmission. The 1.5L turbo Petrol engine gets a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed TC transmission.
