Tata Altroz Dark Edition Launched At Rs 8.71 Lakh | V3Cars

Tata Motors has launched the Altroz Dark Edition. It is available in the top-spec XZ+ variant only.

The Altroz Dark Edition is offered with petrol engines only. The 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine makes 86PS and 113Nm while the 1.2-litre turbo unit makes 110PS and 140Nm. Both the engines are offered with a 5-speed MT only. The standard Altroz also gets a 1.2-litre diesel engine (90PS/200Nm) with a 5-speed MT but it is not offered with the Dark Edition. 

As expected, the Altroz Dark Editon gets Cosmo Dark (black) exterior paint, 16-inch alloys with Dark tint finish, ‘#Dark’ badge on the front fender and dark chrome finish on the front grille. 

On the inside, it gets Granite black interior theme, leatherette seats with tri-arrow perforations and blue stitching,  #Dark embroidery on the front headrests and metallic gloss Black Mid-pad.

Other features on the Altroz Dark Edition remain identical to the standard Altroz. It gets features like dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, front and rear fog lamps, ISOFIX child seat anchors, multiple driving modes, semi-digital instrument cluster with a 7-inch screen, mood lighting, auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, cruise control, auto AC with rear AC vents, iRA connected car tech, height-adjustable driver’s seat, push-button start and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The Altroz Dark continues to take on the likes of the Volkswagen Polo, Maruti Baleno, Toyota Glanza, Hyundai i20 and Honda Jazz.
