Tata Harrier EV RWD Prices Announced — Top Model RWD Tops Out At Rs. 27.49 Lakh | V3Cars

Tata Motors have finally announced the prices of the rear-wheel drive variants of the Harrier EV and it tops out at Rs. 27.49 lakh. That’s not far from our expectations of Rs. 27.0 lakh for the top-spec 2WD variant.

Here’s the full price list of the Harrier EV:

The only surprise they threw our way was the Adventure S variant, which gets an optional sunroof and costs Rs. 50,000 more than the base model. Clearly, they are expecting a lot of demand for the base trim and this time around, they aren’t planning to push buyers towards higher variants. They’re happy to snatch market share from smaller EVs such as the Creta Electric, ZS EV & hyped up electric cars such as the BE6 and XEV 9e — even if it means selling the base trim of the car.

Tata still hasn't announced the prices for the 4WD and we expect it to remain exclusive to the top trim. With the rest of the prices out, we can expect it to cost Rs. 29.50 lakh. However, to limit its reach so that fewer customers end up experiencing the 4WD-related bugs, Tata may price it a little higher at Rs. 30.0 lakh, which is our previous expected price. We’ll continue to hold our expectation at Rs. 30.0 lakh.
