The 2025 Tata Harrier EV will come in the following 2 monotone exterior colour options:

- Dark blue with black roof
- Pastel green with black roof

2. Grey with Black Roof (Pure Grey DT)
The dual-tone grey exterior colour with black roof is available with all the variants of the 2025 Tata Harrier EV.
3. Dark Blue with Black Roof (Nainital Nocturne DT)
The dual-tone dark blue exterior colour with black roof is only available with the Empowered variant of the Harrier EV.
4. Pastel green with Black Roof (Empowered Oxide DT)
The dual-tone pastel green exterior colour with black roof is only available with the top Empowered variant of the new Tata Harrier EV.
5. Black (Carbon Black)
The monotone black exterior colour is only available with the top Empowered variant of the new Tata Harrier EV.
6. Matte Black (Stealth Black)
The monotone matte black exterior colour is only available with the Empowered variant of the new Tata Harrier EV.
