Disclaimer: The waiting periods mentioned here are tentative and likely to vary depending on the stock available with the dealer for a specific model-colour-engine-transmission-variant combination. Considering the Maruti’s production process, this should give you some idea of how long you may have to wait to take delivery of a certain car. While these are primarily applicable for the northern region, these waiting periods should more or less align for the rest of the country as well.

1-2 weeks is about enough time to just get the paperwork in order. So, you can consider that they are most likely in stock and pretty much ready for delivery. The following cars fall in this category:

The Brezza CNG and Tour S (commercial Dzire) seem to have a reasonably long waiting period. But the Ertiga CNG’s waiting period is extraordinarily long at almost 4 months. Only the Tour M (commercial Ertiga) and Brezza LXI CNG manage to beat it with a tentative waiting period of more than 7 months.
The cars using the 6-speed torque converter automatic like the Brezza and Ertiga are also carrying a substantial waiting period of 8-10 weeks.
