Hyundai India revealed a starting price of Rs. 5.69 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Grand i10 Nios facelift. The exact, variant-wise prices of the Grand i10 Nios facelift will follow soon. Hyundai offer the Grand i10 Nios facelift with petrol manual, petrol AMT and CNG manual powertrain options.

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift’s prices start from Rs. 5.69 lakh with the base Era petrol manual variant. With the facelift, the Grand i10 Nios N Line has gained more than 20 new standard safety features, including 4 airbags.

Hyundai offer the Grand i10 Nios facelift with 2 engine choices. It comes with a 1.2L normal petrol and a 1.2L petrol-CNG and the former comes with the option of a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automated manual transmission. The outgoing Nios also offered the choice of a 1.0L turbo petrol engine and a 1.2L turbo diesel engine. However, Hyundai have no plans to reintroduce the 1.0L turbo petrol engine and 1.2L turbo diesel engine in the Grand i10 Nios in the foreseeable future.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift is a B1-segment hatchback and it rivals other small hatchbacks like the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Citroen C3 and Tata Tiago. It is worth mentioning that despite offering more standard safety features including 4 airbags, the base variant of the Grand i10 Nios facelift undercuts its arch rival — the Maruti Swift’s base LXI variant by Rs. 23,000. We await the full prices of the Grand i10 Nios to draw a full comparison with its rivals.
