May 2022 - Mahindra Car Sales Figures - YoY Change

For Mahindra, the Bolero remains their top performer still recording 8,767 units sold in May 2022
The XUV700 continues to grab the headlines long after Mahindra took the lucrative introductory prices off the table and it’s paying off as it still holds the second spot in Mahindra’s portfolio as it did in April
Mahindra are also frequently updating the XUV700’s feature distribution to adjust to the market demand while also increasing the prices of the car to cash in on the hype
Continuing its growth spurt, the Alturas recorded a 900% YoY growth and is the second top gainer for Mahindra in May 2022
Among top losers is the XUV500 as XUV700 replaced the older model
Scorpio, which is due for an update soon; so the Scorpio’s numbers should stabilize in the after the launch
In terms of YoY growth XUV300 was the top performer for the month of May recording 1900% growth
TUV300, KUV100 and XUV500 have been discontinued by Mahindra

In terms of MoM movement, only Marazzo saw a drop of 24.4% in sales
Among the high volume cars from Mahindra, the Scorpio is the top MoM gainer in May 2022 with a 60.32% better performance compared to April 2022
