5. Citroen C3

C3

Citroen are set to launch their second product in India, the C3 cross-hatch, towards the end of the month. It will be positioned as a premium hatchback. Like it’s primary rival, the Maruti Nexa Ignis and Tata Punch, the C3 gets body cladding all around and has a high stance, giving it an SUV-like look. The C3 is likely to use a 1.2L turbo-petrol engine with a manual and AMT automatic transmission. It will likely fall short on features compared to the competition, but that should help Citroen price the C3 competitively.
