The Tata Altroz offers a range of engine options: a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.2-liter CNG engine and a 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine.
The 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine delivers maximum power of 88PS at 6000rpm and 115Nm of peak torque at 3250rpm, paired with a choice of 5-speed MT manual transmission , 6-speed AMT automatic transmission or a 6-speed DCT automatic transmission .
The 1.2-liter CNG engine is paired with a 5-speed MT manual transmission and generates 74PS of maximum power at 6000rpm and 103Nm of peak torque at 3500rpm.
The 1.5-liter turbo diesel engine provides 90PS of maximum power at 4000rpm and 200Nm of peak torque between 1250rpm and 3000rpm is available with either a 5-speed MT manual transmission.
