In this Tata Nexon and Maruti Arena Brezza comparison, we’ll look at the variant-wise prices, engine specs, dimensions to help you decide which car you should buy.

Let’s first look at the prices of both the cars for the petrol-manual powertrain.
With the petrol-manual powertrain, the Tata Nexon’s prices start at Rs. 7.80 lakh and top out at Rs. 12.35 lakh. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza’s petrol-manual range costs between Rs. 8.29 lakh and Rs. 12.64 lakh.
The Nexon petrol-automatic is available in 14 variants, with prices ranging from Rs. 9.45 lakh to Rs. 13 lakh. The Brezza’s 5 petrol-automatic variants cost between Rs. 11.14 lakh and Rs. 14.14 lakh.

The 16 diesel-manual variants of the Tata Nexon start at Rs. 9.99 lakh and go up to Rs. 13.70 lakh. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza is not available with a diesel-manual powertrain.
The 5 diesel-automatic variants of the Tata Nexon start at Rs. 11.40 lakh and go up to Rs. 14.35 lakh. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza is not available with a diesel-automatic powertrain.
Tata Nexon is not available with a CNG-manual powertrain. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza CNG-manual variants start at Rs. 9.24 lakh and go up to Rs. 12.15 lakh.
Tata Nexon Vs Maruti Arena Brezza Dimension Comparison
The Tata Nexon and the Maruti Arena Brezza are both SUVs. The Nexon is 3993mm long, 1811mm wide and 1606mm tall. The Nexon’s wheelbase is 2498mm long. The Brezza measures 3995mm long, 1790mm wide and 1685mm tall and has a wheelbase measuring 2500mm. In terms of dimensions, the Tata Nexon is slightly smaller than the Maruti Arena Brezza. So, the Brezza will offer a stronger road presence than the Nexon.
The Nexon has a ground clearance of 209mm while the Brezza has a ground clearance of 200mm. The 350-litre boot space of the Nexon is 22 litres larger than that of the Brezza.
The Tata Nexon gets a 1.2L turbo petrol engine, which is available with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed AMT automatic transmission. The Nexon’s 1.2L turbo petrol engine makes 120PS of power at 5500rpm and 170Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 4000rpm.
The Maruti Arena Brezza is only available with a 1.5L mild hybrid petrol engine, which is available with a 5-speed manual and 6-speed TC automatic transmission. The Brezza’s 1.5L mild hybrid petrol engine makes 103PS of power at 6000rpm and 137Nm of torque at 4400rpm.

The Tata Nexon m gets a 1.5L turbo diesel engine, which is available with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic AMT transmission. The Nexon’s turbo diesel engine makes 110PS of power at 4000rpm and 260Nm of torque between 1500rpm and 2750rpm.
The Maruti Suzuki Brezza is only available with a 1.5L normal CNG engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. This engine makes 88PS of power at 5500rpm and 122Nm of torque at 4200rpm.
