2025 Mahindra BE 6e – Design And Features

The BE 6e features a sleek and aerodynamic design with sharp lines all around. Design highlights include glowing ‘BE’ logos, angular LED daytime running lamps (DRLs), LED projector headlamps, LED connected taillamps, a steeply-raked roofline with integrated rear spoilers, a floating front spoiler, a high beltline, piano black wheel arch cladding, and 20-inch alloy wheels with aero inserts. 

The interior of the BE 6e is equally impressive, with a minimalist design featuring dual integrated screens, a 2-spoke steering wheel, and illuminated glass roof. Highlights include an aircraft thruster-like drive shifter and a central spar above the centre console, and features like wireless charging and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

To enhance comfort and convenience, the BE 6e offers a host of advanced features, including:

• Auto parking
• Multi-zone climate control
• Augmented reality head-up display (HUD)
• 16-speaker premium audio system
• Ventilated and powered front seats
• Vehicle-to-load (V2L) technology
• Multiple drive and regeneration modes

In terms of safety, the XEV 9e is equipped with 7 airbags (including knee airbag), 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, a 360-degree camera, and Level 2 ADAS.

2025 Mahindra BE 6e – Powertrain And Performance

Based on Mahindra’s latest INGLO electric skateboard platform, the BE 6e shares the same powertrain options as the XEV 9e. It is offered with an electric motor mounted at the rear axle. Mahindra are offering 2 battery pack choices – 59kWh and 79kWh – for the BE 6e. The larger of the 2 battery packs offers an ARAI-claimed range of 682km per charge. Mahindra say owners of the BE 6e can expect a real-world range in excess of 500km. Both the BE 6e and the XEV 9e support 175 kW DC fast charging capabilities.

Mahindra are yet to reveal the full battery and electric motor specifications of the BE 6e. However, here’s all the info we could gather from the reveal event.
