Tata Motors have refreshed the 2024 Harrier SUV with new ADAS features and a revised colour palette across variants. This article delves into all the updates the automaker has introduced to the 2024 Harrier.

As part of the latest update, the 2024 Harrier now gets lane-keeping assist and adaptive steering assist with lane centering.
Lane-keeping assist (LKA) is a safety feature that helps the car stay within its lane, especially during long drives or in situations where the driver might be drowsy or distracted. This system uses cameras or sensors to detect lane markings on the road and gently applies steering wheel torque to keep the vehicle centred within the lane. It’s designed to provide subtle assistance, not to take over control of the vehicle.
Adaptive steering assist with lane centering is an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) that takes lane-keeping assistance to the next level. It not only helps keep the vehicle within its lane but also actively centres it within the lane markings.
