Maruti Suzuki launched the 2026 Brezza on Friday evening, July 24, at an introductory starting price of Rs. 7.40 lakh. However, the carmaker did not reveal the complete variant-wise prices at the time. Maruti have now quietly listed all 19 price points on their official website.
The 2026 Brezza costs between Rs. 7.40 lakh and Rs. 13.71 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Its starting price is Rs. 86,000 lower than before because of the new 1.0L turbo petrol-manual LXi.
However, this is not a like-for-like price reduction. Compared with the outgoing variants using the same powertrains, the price changes range from a reduction of Rs. 17,900 to an increase of Rs. 69,200.
2026 Maruti Brezza Full Price Range
The 2026 Brezza is available with 2 petrol-manual powertrains, a petrol-automatic and a CNG-manual. The following table shows the price range of each powertrain:
Maruti have effectively divided the manual petrol range into 2 price bands. The new turbo engine serves as the more affordable option and extends up to ZXi Plus. Meanwhile, the 1.5L petrol-manual now ends at ZXi.

2026 Brezza 1.0L Turbo Petrol-Manual Prices
The new 1.0L turbo petrol engine produces 109PS and 170Nm and comes with a 6-speed manual transmission. Maruti offer this powertrain in all 4 Brezza variants.

The turbo engine is not limited to the entry-level variants. It is also the only way to buy the top-spec ZXi Plus with a manual transmission.
The ZXi dual-tone costs Rs. 14,100 more than the single-tone version and stays just below Rs. 10.0 lakh. The dual-tone premium for the ZXi Plus is Rs. 15,600. The 2026 Brezza gets a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating as standard.
2026 Brezza 1.0L Turbo Petrol-Manual vs 1.5L Normal Petrol-Manual Prices
The turbo and 1.5L normal petrol engines are both available in LXi, VXi and ZXi. This makes it possible to directly compare their prices.

The turbo engined variants are between Rs. 65,000 and Rs. 90,000 more affordable in comparable variants. It produces 8PS more power and 33Nm more torque than the 1.5L normal petrol engine.

2026 Brezza 1.5L Petrol-Manual Old Vs New Prices
The outgoing Brezza paired its 1.5L normal petrol engine with a 5-speed manual transmission. The 2026 model upgrades this combination to a 6-speed manual but no longer offers it in ZXi Plus.

Maruti have largely held the lower 1.5L manual prices despite adding a sixth gear. The VXi remains at exactly the same price, while the LXi and ZXi variants cost only marginally more.
The bigger change is at the top of the range. Buyers who want a ZXi Plus with a manual transmission must now choose the smaller turbo engine.
2026 Brezza 1.5L Petrol Automatic Old Vs New Prices
The 1.5L normal petrol engine and 6-speed torque converter automatic continue unchanged mechanically. This remains the only automatic powertrain in the Brezza range and is available from VXi onwards.

The automatic price increase is concentrated at the top of the range. The VXi and ZXi variants cost only up to Rs. 10,200 more, while the ZXi Plus variants account for the sharpest increases in the complete Brezza line-up.
This makes the equipment changes particularly relevant for buyers considering the top automatic. The 2026 update includes a new 10.1-inch touchscreen, 64-colour ambient lighting, refreshed interior trim and new upholstery. The 2026 Brezza top changes include exterior, interior, feature and mechanical updates.
2026 Brezza CNG Old Vs New Prices
The 2026 Brezza CNG gains a 6-speed manual transmission in place of the previous 5-speed unit. It also gets an underbody CNG cylinder, freeing up more usable space in the boot.

The VXi CNG is the only directly comparable 2026 Brezza configuration to become cheaper. Its Rs. 17,900 price reduction also takes it below Rs. 10.0 lakh.
This makes the VXi the standout CNG price point, especially since the updated model also gains a more practical cylinder layout and a new 6-speed manual transmission. The increases for the LXi and ZXi variants remain below Rs. 20,000.
2026 Brezza 1.5L Petrol-Manual vs CNG-Manual Prices
The difference between the petrol and CNG prices determines the additional purchase cost that buyers must recover through lower running expenses.
Here is the CNG premium over the corresponding 1.5L petrol-manual variants:
The VXi is the outlier, carrying a considerably smaller CNG premium than the other variants. This gives it the lowest additional purchase cost to recover through fuel savings.
The Brezza CNG has a claimed mileage of 26.55kmpkg. However, the actual break-even period will depend on monthly usage and prevailing petrol and CNG prices.
Key 2026 Brezza Price Changes
The Rs. 7.40 lakh starting price makes the Brezza substantially more affordable, but it does not result from a major reduction in the existing 1.5L petrol range. Maruti have created the lower entry point by introducing the new 1.0L turbo petrol engine.
Prices of most directly comparable 1.5L manual, automatic and CNG variants have moved only modestly. The major exception is the ZXi Plus automatic, which is around Rs. 69,000 costlier than before.
The turbo ZXi dual-tone and VXi CNG are 2 particularly notable additions to the price list, as both sit just below Rs. 10.0 lakh. At the same time, buyers seeking a fully loaded Brezza with a manual transmission must now choose the turbo engine.
Overall, Maruti have broadened the lower end of the Brezza range while moving the top automatic variants further upmarket.
