Kia Carens Joins Punjab Police Fleet As Emergency Response Vehicles

Kia had showcased 2 Carens PBVs – a police vehicle and an ambulance – at the 2023 Auto Expo. The Carens police vehicle is powered by Kia’s 1.5L normal petrol engine that produces 115PS of power and 144Nm of torque. It comes mated to a single transmission option – a 6-speed manual. The Carens PBV offers features like high-intensity strobe lights, PA system and a 60Ah battery to run to additional equipment. It is offered with a 7-seat configuration, featuring 60:40 split folding rear seats and a 50:50 split folding third row.

Other feature highlights of the Carens police emergency response vehicles include:
