Unlike May 2021 sales, among the B2-segment hatchbacks, Baleno is the only car with a 5-figure sales in May 2022
All cars except for the Polo witnessed a gain in YoY sales figures in May 2022 as it was discontinued after 12 years in April 2022
The Toyota Glanza was the biggest gainer with 890% improvement in YoY sales
The Hyundai i20 saw the least gain in sales with a 30% gain in YoY sales in April 2022

B2-Segment Hatchback May 2022 Car Sales - MoM Change

In terms of MoM sales figures, almost all cars witnessed growth except Hyundai i20 and Honda Jazz
The Baleno is the only B2-segment with a consistent 5-figure sales in April and May 2022
The Baleno was the biggest MoM gainer in May 2022, taking the top spot from Jazz, with a gain of 28%
