MG Majestor Introduced 5-5-5 Ownership Programme (Press Release) | V3Cars
JSW MG Motor India introduced a 5-5-5 ownership programme for the MG Majestor SUV. The programme offered extended warranty coverage, roadside assistance and labour-free services. The initiative aimed to strengthen long-term ownership assurance for customers.
Here’s what JSW MG Motor India have to say about the 5-5-5 ownership programme for MG Majestor:
JSW MG Motor India announced a long-term ownership assurance programme for the MG Majestor through its 5-5-5 ownership package, designed to deliver a hassle-free ownership experience and predictable running costs for customers.
In a segment where buyers invest significantly in performance, size and advanced technology, the 5-5-5 programme has been structured to provide long-term peace of mind by addressing warranty coverage, service costs and nationwide support from the outset.
Unlike standalone warranty extensions or optional service packages, the 5-5-5 proposition combines three key benefits into a unified offering for MAJESTOR customers: a 5-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, free five-year roadside assistance with unlimited kilometres, and five labour-free services. This integrated package ensures that customers receive comprehensive support during the early years of ownership, particularly benefitting high-mileage users, long-distance travellers and off-road enthusiasts.
Commenting on the initiative, Vinay Raina, Chief Commercial Officer, JSW MG Motor India, said:
“The MG MAJESTOR has been created as an SUV that is rugged in its capability, refined in its comfort, and dependable in its engineering. Delivering a strong product was only one part of the commitment; ensuring complete peace of mind in ownership was equally important. With the 5-5-5 programme, we have built structured, long-term assurance into the proposition from day one. This reflects our customer-first philosophy and our confidence in the MAJESTOR as a true full-size SUV engineered for Indian conditions and usage patterns.”
The MG MAJESTOR is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine producing 215.5 PS and 478.5 Nm of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission available in both 2WD and advanced 4WD configurations. The SUV features triple differential locks (front, rear and centre), an advanced 4WD system with 10 off-road modes and crawl control mode for challenging terrain.
Additional highlights include 219 mm ground clearance and an 810 mm water-wading capability. Positioned as India’s first D+ SUV with Level 2 ADAS, the MAJESTOR combines rugged off-road capability with advanced safety and intelligent driver assistance technologies.
Pre-reservations for the MG MAJESTOR are currently open at ₹41,000 on the official MG Motor India website. Showroom displays and test drives are scheduled to begin in April 2026, with customer deliveries expected to commence in May 2026. The 5-5-5 Complete Peace of Mind programme forms a core part of the ownership proposition, offering customers long-term assurance alongside the vehicle’s engineering capabilities.
