The comparison of the dimensions reveals that the Maruti Suzuki Baleno is the middle of the road. It’s the longest and the widest but doesn’t have the longest wheelbase. It has a reasonably large boot space but it’s not the largest in this comparison. It manages to offer a respectable cabin space without compromising on the boot space.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Delta Petrol Automatic Features (Rs. 7,68,612) - Buy if you can’t stretch budget

Since the automatic transmission isn’t available in the Sigma variant, Delta is where we start. In the entertainment department, there’s a 4-speaker music system with Bluetooth, aux and USB connectivity. On the functional side, the Delta variant gets LED projector headlamps, electrically-adjustable and foldable outside mirrors, automatic AC, 60:40 split rear-seat backrest, remote central locking and rear power windows.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Petrol Automatic Variant Comparison - Verdict

There’s nothing ground-breaking in the Alpha. Go for the Baleno Alpha variant only if you want all that it has to offer and have the cash for it. If you want value, the Zeta has it in bulk. It adds far too many features for a similar jump in price over the Delta thus warranting an upgrade. But the Alpha variant doesn’t add that many functional or cosmetic features to the package. As if, Maruti Suzuki intentionally didn’t want you to upgrade to the Alpha but they definitely wanted you to get the Zeta.
