Citroen are all set to launch the C3 on July 20. Citroen aim to price the C3 competitively by offering less standard features than its rivals. We expect the Citroen C3 to undercut its primary rivals, the Maruti Suzuki Ignis and Tata Punch.

Mercedes-Benz could launch the all-electric 7-seater EQB SUV in India in late 2022. The EQB is a 7-seater all-electric SUV based on the GLB. Renault India recently updated the prices of the Kiger by up to Rs. 5,000. After this price revision, the Kiger's ex-showroom prices now start at Rs. 6 lakh and top out at Rs. 10.62 lakh. The RXT (O) DT automatic variant with the 1.0L turbo petrol engine is now Rs. 2,510 lower than before.

Toyota recently unveiled the Hyryder hybrid SUV ahead of its launch in August. The Hyryder’s eDrive powertrain is manufacturer at the newly-set up electrified component manufacturing facility in Bidadi, Karnataka. The new eDrive plant is Toyota’s fourth manufacturing plant in the world.

We have been hearing rumours about the possible launch of the Suzuki Jimny in India for a while now. Earlier, a leaked document hinted that Maruti Suzuki has plans to introduce the Jimny in India. Meanwhile, Maruti Suzuki are already producing the 3-door Jimny in the country for export markets. Despite all the points pointing at the possibility of Jimny’s launch, here is why we think the Suzuki Jimny won’t make it to our market.

Nissan India have rejigged the variants and features of the MY22 Magnite SUV. Some features and the CVT option are now reserved for the top-spec variants only. The semiconductor shortage could be the reason behind these changes.
