2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza With Front Armrest Confirmed — As We Expected | V3Cars

A new video of the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza has confirmed that it will feature a front armrest – just as we had expected. The 2022 Brezza B2 segment SUV will also get other interesting features, such as a head-up display.

A couple of weeks ago, leaked images of the 2022 Brezza’s interiors revealed that it may not get a front centre armrest. While it seemed obvious in the images, we mentioned that the Brezza will surely come with a centre armrest. After all, the outgoing Brezza is the most-affordable Maruti Suzuki offering to offer both front and rear armrests. Now that we have images of the production-spec Brezza, we can confirm that the 2022 Brezza will get a front armrest.

Speaking of other features in the 2022 Brezza, it will offer a dual-tone dashboard with brown inserts on the dashboard and door pads. Looking at the images, the plastic quality also seems higher than the outgoing model, along with a layered dashboard design.

Steering-mounted controls
Wireless phone charger
Height-adjustable front seatbelts

The leaked video also confirms that both the manual and automatic transmission variants of the 2022 Brezza will get Maruti’s mild-hybrid powertrain. In the outgoing Brezza, the mild-hybrid powertrain was only available with the automatic transmission. Speaking of the automatic transmission, the 2022 Brezza will get the 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission that debuted in the XL6 facelift. The new automatic transmission replaces the ageing 4-speed unit offered in the outgoing model.
