Audi has today declared the provision of complimentary Roadside Assistance (RSA) for its customer vehicles that have been adversely affected by the devastating floods resulting from the ongoing Michaung cyclone in Chennai. This gracious offer of RSA service is made available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the entire city of Chennai.

Roadside Assistance includes:

24 x 7 x 365 coverage
100% coverage in India
On-site repairs, delivery of fuel and spare keys
Travel or accommodation facilities
Custody, transportation, storage and safekeeping of vehicle
Provision of specially-designed towing platforms
