February 2024 - Hyundai Car Sales Figures - YoY Change

  • Top Gainers:

    • Verna shows an extraordinary increase of 3474.47%, with sales jumping from just 47 units in February 2023 to 1,680 units in February 2024.
    • Creta also experienced significant growth, with a 46.59% increase in sales, from 10,421 units to 15,276 units YoY.
  • Top Losers:

    • Grand i10 Nios faced the most considerable decline, with sales dropping by -48.66%, from 9,635 units to 4,947 units YoY.
    • i20 also saw a substantial decrease of -44.75%, with sales falling from 9,287 units to 5,131 units.
  • New Entries:

    • Exter, Kona, and Ioniq 5 are new models introduced in the market, as there are no sales figures available for February 2023 for comparison.
  • Notable Observations:

    • Venue and Alcazar experienced declines in sales, with -10.64% and -17.25% respectively.
    • Tucson also saw a significant drop of -68.47%, indicating a sharp decrease in demand.

The data suggests that while some models like Verna and Creta are gaining popularity, others like Grand i10 Nios and i20 are seeing a decline in demand. February 2024 - Hyundai Car Sales Figures - MoM Change

  • Top Gainers:

    • Creta leads as the top gainer with a 15.62% increase in sales, moving from 13,212 units in January to 15,276 units in February.
  • Top Losers:

    • Venue experienced the most significant drop, with a -24.49% decrease in sales, from 11,831 units in January to 8,933 units in February.
    • i20 and Grand i10 Nios also saw substantial declines of -27.56% and -27.94% respectively.
  • Steady Performers:

    • Exter, despite a decrease, maintained relatively stable sales with a -7.86% change.
  • Notable Observations:

    • Alcazar and Tucson faced notable sales decreases of -29.39% and -14.21% respectively.
