In this January 2024 Mahindra car sales analysis, we’ll look at the car sales of Mahindra for the previous month. We’ll also compare the YoY and MoM change to find out which Mahindra cars’ sales improved and which ones declined. Lastly, the table with monthly sales for the last 6 months will give you an idea about the 6-month sales trend of all Mahindra cars.

January 2024 - Mahindra Car Sales Figures - YoY Change

Top Gainers: The Scorpio-N + Classic model has seen the most significant growth with a 64% increase in sales from January 2023 to January 2024. This is followed by the Thar model, which saw a 37.39% increase in sales.
Top Losers: The Marazzo model has seen the most significant decrease with a -80.49% change in sales from January 2023 to January 2024. This is followed by the XUV300 model, which saw a -10.63% decrease in sales.
New Entrant: The XUV400 is a new entrant in the market as it has sales data only for January 2024.
Overall Trend: SUVs continue to dominate Mahindra’s sales, occupying all the top 6 ranks. The only MPV, Marazzo, is at the bottom of the list.
Highest Selling Model: The Scorpio N + Classic is the highest selling model in January 2024 with 14,293 units sold.
Lowest Selling Model: The Marazzo is the lowest selling model in January 2024 with only 32 units sold.

January 2024 - Mahindra Car Sales Figures - MoM Change

Top Gainers: The XUV300 and XUV400 models have shown the highest percentage increase in sales from December 2023 to January 2024, with a growth of 35.69% and 30.28% respectively. This suggests a strong demand for these models in the market.
Top Seller: The Scorpio-N + Classic model continues to be the top-selling model with 14,293 units sold in January 2024, a significant increase of 25.87% from the previous month.
Steady Performers: The Bolero + Neo and XUV700 models have also shown a healthy growth in sales with an increase of 24.63% and 22.53% respectively.
Least Growth: The Thar model has shown the least growth among the SUVs with an increase of only 4.59%.
Top Loser: The Marazzo model, which is an MPV, has seen a decrease in sales by 48.39%, indicating a drop in its demand.
