Land Rover Range Rover SV Bookings Open | V3Cars

After the launch of the 2022 Range Rover, Land Rover India have announced bookings for the Range Rover SV. It’s handcrafted by Special Vehicle Operations and comes with two engine options - a 4.4L twin-turbo petrol V8 and a 3.0L inline-6 turbo diesel. Land Rover are offering the Range Rover SV in two themes - SV Serenity and SV Intrepid. Buyers can opt for either the short wheelbase or the long wheelbase, along with an exclusive 5-seat option with the long-wheelbase model.

There are some design changes that separate the sportier SV models from the regular lineup. These changes include a new bumper, blacked-out five-slat grille, and SV badging. Buyers can choose from 12 alloy wheel designs measuring up to 23-inch in size.

On the inside, the 2022 Range Rover SV offers sustainable materials, premium wood, and the option of sustainable Ultrafabric upholstery. Furthermore, the SV models offer ceramic finish for the gear shifter, terrain response, and tuning knobs. Buyers can also opt for a pair of 13.1-inch rear entertainment screens, which are the largest in any Range Rover model currently on sale. Land Rover are offering over 7 design theme combinations for the Range Rover SV and the customers can mix and match these combinations to suit their taste.

On the powertrain front, the new Range Rover SV gets two engine options. The 4.4L twin-turbo petrol V8 produces 530PS of power and 750Nm of torque. The 3.0L turbo diesel inline-6 produces 350PS of power and 700Nm of torque. Both the engines get an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission and 4-wheel-drive as standard.

Land Rover will soon announce the prices of the Range Rover SV. The bookings of the Range Rover SV are now open and you can book one either with your preferred Land Rover dealership or on Land Rover’s India website. The Land Rover Range Rover series starts from Rs 2.31 crore (ex-showroom). The British SUV maker are yet to announce the pricing for all the models. The 2022 Range Rover will compete with the Mercedes GLS and BMW X7.
