After the launch of the Nexon EV Max, Tata Motors have now updated the standard-range Nexon EV with added features and a new suffix called Prime. The new Nexon EV Prime comes with updated features and its prices start from Rs. 14.99 lakh ex-showroom.
Tata Nexon EV Prime sits below the Nexon EV Max and continues to draw power from a 30.2kWh battery pack. Speaking of its features, the new Nexon EV Prime offers a tyre pressure monitoring system, cruise control, multi-mode regeneration and smartwatch connectivity. Furthermore, it continues to come with features like an electric sunroof, keyless entry and go, automatic headlights and rain-sensing wipers.

The Tata Nexon EV Prime comes with a 129PS electric motor that churns out 245Nm of torque. The claimed range stands at 312km on a single charge. Speaking of charging, the Nexon EV Prime can be charged from 10-80% in under 60 minutes with a DC fast charger. With a 15A plug socket, the Nexon EV Prime takes over 9 hours to go from 10% charge to 90%.
