Toyota and its dealers have set up emergency helpline numbers and teams ready to help customers quickly. Toyota Tsusho Insurance Broker India (TTIBI) is also giving customers important tips on how to take care of their vehicles during floods.
Despite the bad weather, Toyota will keep their dealer outlets open for longer hours to help customers with emergency car services. They're also picking up and dropping off cars at customers' homes. They're using specially equipped vehicles for rescuing and moving cars that are stuck in water to Toyota dealer outlets for repair. The dealer’s top teams and skilled technicians are working hard on the ground at service workshops to give fast and effective help.
