The popular Hyundai Creta is expected to expand its powertrain lineup with a brand new, all-electric option. While official confirmation and detailed specifications remain under wraps, recent spy shots give us a glimpse of the Creta EV’s exterior, interior, features and safety tech. Based on the latest spy shots, we can confirm the Creta EV will feature a whole host of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). We expect the upcoming Creta EV to offer the following safety features:
We also expect the 2025 Creta EV to offer features like:
The interior of the Creta EV was spied earlier in the year, revealing a gear selector stalk with a rotary knob mounted on the steering column. This feature is borrowed from other Hyundai electric vehicles like the Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6. The removal of the drive selector from the centre console should help free up space for storage between the driver and front passenger.
The older spy shots also showed the Creta EV twin-screen layout borrowed from the 2024 Creta. So expect dual 10.25-inch screens to take care of infotainment and driver-related information.

Based on the latest spy shots, we can confirm the Creta EV will share the Creta 2024's quad-beam LED headlamps and connected taillamps. Unlike the Creta 2024's diamond-cut alloys, the EV gets aero-optimised wheels. The side profile remains largely untouched, but the front bumper will sport an enclosed grille for better aerodynamics and efficiency.
